The function of filters in Karofi KAQ-U05

1.1. Structure of RO purification system:

Pre-filter: PP 5 micron - CTO - PP 1 micron
RO membrane: Smax RO technology
Functional filter: Smax Nano technology

1.2. Structure of Pre-Filters

PP 1 (5 micron): remove more than 5-micron dirt in water
CTO filter: remove organic, colorant, and nanonet dirt in water and protect the RO membrane from oxidation
PPD (1 micron): remove almost all of more than 1 micron of dirt in the water.

1.3. Smax RO:

• Include PURIFIM RO membrane Smax Technology- the heart of the water purifier
• Remove more than 99% colorants, oil, virus, bacteria, ion, and toxic in water

1.4. Smax Nano:

Mineral filter: supplements minerals and helps raise pH, supports neutralization of residual acids
Alkaline ORP Filter: reduce ORP of water and raise water pH, assist in neutralizing residual acid.
