What to expect from your free water consultation
Is the water test really free?
Yes. The in-home water test and consultation are free, with no obligation to buy. If you choose laboratory testing, your water expert will explain any costs before a sample is sent.
What happens during my appointment?
A water expert discusses your concerns, checks basic water indicators at your tap and explains the results. Basic on-site results are usually ready in about 30 minutes. You can then talk through suitable options, with no pressure to purchase.
My water comes from Maynilad or Manila Water. Why test at home?
Your provider treats and tests water across its network. An at-home check looks at the water from your own tap, where building tanks, pipes and interruptions can affect what you drink. Basic testing does not identify every contaminant or certify that water is safe to drink.
Can you test for bacteria, lead or nitrate?
These need proper laboratory analysis rather than basic on-site readings. Based on your water source and concerns, your expert can point you to DOH-accredited laboratory testing and explain any additional costs.
We use a deep well. Can you still help?
Yes. Mention it when you request your appointment. Well water needs a testing approach suited to the source, and your expert can explain when on-site readings are enough and when lab analysis is recommended.
I live in a condo. Can you visit my unit?
Yes. Let us know your building in the form so we can coordinate any visitor or contractor requirements with your building admin before the visit.
Can I book a weekend appointment?
You can request a Saturday or Sunday slot in the form. Karofi will contact you to confirm coverage in your area and availability before the visit.
